TIPS | ENERGETIC DURING RAMADHAN

Assalamualaikum and hye.
Salam Ramadhan Kareem wahai pembaca blog.

So, Puasa uolss setakat ni macam mana? In Syaa Allah semua berjalan dengan lancar kan.
Honestly, First puasa my family tak bangun sahur.Bukannya sengaja tak bangun tapi sebab penat sangat kot sebab tu tak terbangun. Tapi takda yang tak puasa la, semua pun puasa. Alhamdulillah.

And kebiasaanya waktu puasa ni kita lebih rasa dahaga than hungry. Because we need to talk or communicate with other person right. For those that stay at home like me of course that we do the house chores. And that also will make us very thirsty and exhausted.
So today, I want to share some tips to remain energetic during fasting.

First tips is , During Sahur jangan makan terlalu banyak otherwise you will sleepy. When you feel sleepy, of course lah tak dapat nak buat kerja kan. So what can we do after sahur adalah Solat subuh + tadarrus Al-Quran. Kalau macam terbangun awal from expected , tahajjud lebih baik.

Makanan yang suggested for sahur , oats. Tapi kalau ada yang jenis makan nasi, makanlah nasi. Jangan ikut orang if nak kekal bertenaga, Lain orang lain cara pemakanannya. So, Just be yourelf .

2) Take a nap.
We still need to do our works macam biasa. But give ourself a rest. Especially waktu Qailullah which is before masuk waktu zohor. Tapi jangan terlajak pulak sampai ke Asar. Ini sunnah Nabi. And Lyna pun buat and Alhamdulillah, I can still do my works.

3)Waktu berbuka pulak
Jangan makan terlalu banyak. Macam takde hari esok je. Boleh makan but just for tambah tenaga untuk buat tambah pahala (Solat Tarawih). Tapi jangan pulak makan sampai pengsan kat meja makan. (Lyna nak share gambar makanan tapi tengah bulan pausa so, better not)

Boleh je makan berat tapi after solat maghrib or solat tarawih. depends on yourself too nak makan macam mana.

And for sure waktu bulan puasa should be the best diet kita amalkan. Sebab kita makan hanya dua kali sekali and makan pun takde lah banyak sangat. And sebab tulah baju raya waktu puasa boleh pakai, masuk raya ketiga dah tak muat.

And please minum banyak air masak sebab during puasa ni kita banyak hidrasi. Kita kurang minum air, macam mana nak minum air cukup 1.5 liter sehari ialah minum waktu sahur, berbuka and sebelum tidur. Lebih 1.5 liter okay but jangan kurang.

So I guess that's all for my tips today and maybe tomorrow will be have another tips how to get maintain our weight during raya.
